The search of the freshest and healthiest ingredients, at the base of our recipes, it is a value that we give to next generation. Our welcoming dining room, furnished with wood, is a perfect place to taste a combination of Mediterranean flavors and Dolomites traditional dishes.

Breakfast

Fresh ingredients as milk, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea / infusions, bread and brioches never miss, same as a buffet with homemade cakes, cold cuts/sliced, cheeses, eggs, cornflakes, Müsli, yogurt, fruits and orange juice.

Lunch and dinner

Our four-course menu that varies every day and always fresh thanks to best ingredient selection. We provide gluten free proposal of meal on demand.

Cellar

A good selection of wines (local, classic Italian and South Tyrolean) complete our enogastronomic offer.
